Miss Stephanie has been dancing for over 15 years and has had extensive training in jazz, ballet, hip hop, JFH, musical theatre, acting and singing.
She has completed her CERT IV in Performing arts from Brent Street back in 2011, where she learnt the ins and outs of the performing arts industry and was immersed in its energy. In her persuit to explore the mind body connection and find the peaceful side of movement, she ventured off to Koh phangan, an island off thailand in 2015 to complete her Yoga teacher training course and then further stayed for a month to volunteer her time. She was a regular competitor in the dancing industry as a child, winning awards and even '“SHOWCASE” National hip hop duo champions in her age group. She has performed alongside many famous artists such as DRAKE, calvin harris, Havana Brown, Timmy Trumpet, both in Australia and overseas. She has a love for helping in the development of children and shares her life lessons and experiences through dance and discussion in class to create resilient young adults that are also in touch with their intuitive side to navigate effectively through adult life.
Miss Lizzie began dancing at the age of 9 when a dance school opened in her small hometown of June. She became part of the school’s dance team, performing at school fetes, town shows and eisteddfods. Whilst boarding at Abbotsleigh, she trained in a variety of styles, including Cuban Salsa and Brazilian Samba. After taking a gap year working at a dance school, Lizzie was accepted into Lee Academy to study there full time. She is currently training there in a wide range of styles, including jazz, ballet, hip hop, tap, contemporary, acro, aerials (lyra and silks) and musical theatre. She aims to graduate with an Advanced Diploma in Dance – Elite Performance, and also holds her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management through Transit Dance/ATOD.
